You and your team were completely on top of things throughout the week, arriving when you said you would be there, providing quality service and support throughout the week, and going with the flow when last minute changes had to be made. Sound at a charity auction is a top priority for the success of the event. We conduct over 60 charity auction events a year and Fox Audio and Visual is one of the best sound companies I have ever worked with. Steve took time to listen to our needs and deliver top notch sound at a reasonable price.

This company wide meeting is very important to our CEO and from what I hear, through the history of the company, it has NEVER gone well technically. This was my first year setting it up and I could not have done it without all of Steve’s assistance! Not only did he work with me in advance to determine exactly what we needed to be able to have both a presentation and a simultaneous webinar, but the day he came to deliver it, he helped set up and test everything to make sure it was flawless. When our CEO decided to add additional requests at the last minute, Steve was more than prepared for those as well! From the technical side, we had the best meeting in the history of our company and that wouldn’t have happened without Steve and FOX Rentals! Thanks Steve! We recently worked with Steve and Neil in producing the Charleston All Star Rock Orchestra Concert. They provided 2 drum kits and the back line gear. Steve and Neil were called in at the last moment and really came through to make this a great experience for everyone. We had 300 students on stage with the Mark Wood Band. The last thing we wanted to worry about was the equipment. Thanks to you guys we didn’t have to. Thank you for your professionalism!!!!!!

I didn’t know where to get audio rental equipment and luckily found you through Google. I found your website very helpful. It showed pictures and prices of the equipment. I knew what I wanted but didn’t know how the components went together. Once I made the call to Steve, I knew all would be fine. He was professional, knew his stuff, even offered to come by and see what I was trying to do. He set it up, took it down, showed me what to do and told me to call anytime if I had a problem. Now that’s service! I will definitely be calling Fox again for my next event.

I found you via the internet and am glad I did. The equipment worked as expected and was in great shape. But infinitely more importantly, I am technologically insecure, so when I had trouble setting things up, Steve was available via telephone to walk me through it and keep me calm in the process.
