When do I Need To Reserve Equipment?
- Equipment can be reserved at any time, but we recommend at least 5-7 days for small rentals and at least 2-3 weeks for large productions.
How long do I get to keep the equipment?
- All equipment is priced for the 1-2 day rate. We don’t count Sunday’s, so a rental picked up or delivered on Friday is not due back until Monday. Your welcome to return equipment the next day, but it doesn’t change the price.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept ALL Major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Other options include CASH and Check.
What is required to rent equipment?
- We require a valid drivers license or state issued photo ID as well as a Major credit card. For pickup, the full payment is due up front.
What if the item doesn’t work, or we need assistance?
- Our rental phone hotline is always available 24/7. Leave a detailed message and your call will be returned very quickly. We recommend picking up any gear early and setting up well in advance of your event. If anything is in question, you can always call to get help.
What if I’m late in returning an item?
- Please call and notify the rental staff of the issue in returning the item. A late fee will be added to your account for anything not returned on or before the date specified on the paperwork.
Where is your store located?
- Fox AV is located in Fox Music House Inc. at 3005 W. Montague Ave, N. Charleston SC 29418. The Store is conveniently located at the corner of I-26 and West Montague. There is a Days Inn across the street. We are about 5 Minutes from the N. Charleston Colosseum, Tanger Outlet and the Airport. What are the Store Hours?
- Fox Music House Inc. is open Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm. Saturday 10am – 5pm and closed on Sunday and Major Holidays. If you need a rental during this time, please call the reservation line (843)608-9473 and we can schedule a delivery for you.
